Many training companies offer what appear to be very similar programs. Training alone has very limited value for an organization. It is the practicality of those learned concepts that represent the time, effort & money worth of a training program.


Too much information can be a hindrance and confuses the conscious mind. Effective training brings in simplicity with enough depth to convey real understanding and crystal clear concepts.

Depth of learning

Traditional training methods focused on developing skills, knowledge and behaviors, but this does not guarantee entirely that the learners are committed to using and integrating the new approach. You might have the knowledge and skill you need to carry out a certain task effectively, but you might choose not to actively and consciously use them. Fear of failure is one big Caveat!

Kamal Naaman

Kamal is the Leadership Learning Senior Director & Coach at Corner-stone training solutions and holds a Leadership Associate role at the Center for Creative Leadership, with 30 years of professional contribution in the Learning & Development and Coaching space. Kamal has devoted his work, learning journey and expertise to holding a special focus on the latest leadership, management & talent development trends, as senior trilingual management consultant, teacher, content creator, and hands-on experienced Life & Health & Wellness coach. Kamal is also an NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnotherapy practitioner, a certified psychometric assessor, a certified brain profiler, OD intervention professional, certified ACTEE CHANGE consultant & certified Influence style indicator ISI teacher.

He has worked with in industries such as oil and gas, media, banking services, monetary programs, regulatory services, investment programs, fashion retail, sports retail, electronics’ retail, food retail, electronic manufacturing, travel retail, duty free, aviation, airline, stock exchange, capital markets, economic development programs, glass manufacturing, flour manufacturing, chocolate manufacturing, TV, Telecom, building contracting, electrical contracting, automotive trading, food distribution, electric generators manufacturing & distribution, automotive manufacturing, FMCG, FMCG Packaging and the government sector as well as ministries, since 1996.

Workshop facilitation approach

We don’t just deliver training but involve themselves in a complete range of results orientated implementation & solutions. We operate based on three focal areas: Assess-Challenge-Support. We use methodologies to create awareness through assessments and feedback that will set the scene for discovering challenges and onward, to seeking support, in the form of further training, coaching or mentoring. The latter could take several shapes or forms, from live online, to asynchronous learning & face to face etc.

Our programs are highly intensive and packed with practical sense making. We invite students to seek opportunities during live online (LOL) or Face to Face (F2F) workshops, that might sound uncomfortable, ambiguous, with polarities in mindsets and un-habitual ways of doing things. We strongly encourage them to make sense of it, using wisdom and learn, to apply.

Our successful solutions are the result of a buildup of ideas, which are being supported further by other ideas. We are not afraid to be simple yet practical and credible in our approach to impart learning. We let delegates experiment and learn themselves the lesson they need.
