As the Assistant General Manager for Financial and Administrative Affairs at North Africa Commercial Bank S.A.L., he oversees key departments, including Accounting and Financial Control, Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance frameworks. Hassane’s deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial reporting has made him a sought-after teacher for organizations across the region. A native of Lebanon, a doctorate candidate and an EMBA graduate focused on International business. Minas enjoys a great deal of hands-on experience, topping all mentioned credentials, particularly in the fields of, interpersonal skills, personal development, quality management, selling skills, customer service, emotional intelligence, product management, leadership, change management, creative thinking, problem solving, TNA, managerial & supervisory skills, stress & time management, train the trainer, team building and others.

Minas’s first exposure to training started with Alico where he was the sales & customer service trainer responsible for the Lebanese Market. He then successfully took on a role in management and administration with 3ASolutions Training and Consulting. Minas then embarked on several freelancing assignments, whereby he worked on designing and delivering various public and in-house programs for government institutions as well as private organizations.

Dr. Ali Awdeh

Dr. Awdeh is a senior teacher with Corner-stone training solutions and holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Bayes Business School, City, University of London. He is a distinguished economist, academic, and researcher specializing in banking, monetary policy, financial development, financial inclusion, sustainable finance, and financing for development. With over 20 years of academic & facilitation experience and 15 years leading economic research at the Union of Arab Banks, he has contributed extensively to shaping financial policies and banking strategies in the Arab region.

Dr. Awdeh has extensive experience in professional training & leading workshops, having designed and conducted specialized courses for banking professionals and financial institutions. He has led training programs on corporate finance, portfolio management, and investment banking for various organizations, including the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Middle East Duty-Free Association, Kuwait Finance House, and Kuwait Stock Exchange. His training initiatives emphasize practical applications, bridging academic knowledge with real-world financial sector challenges, all done though a very interactive engaging learner centered approach.

Dr. Awdeh’s extensive contributions to financial and economic research, coupled with his academic training and consultancy expertise, make him a leading authority, in banking and economic policy in the MENA region.

Paula Aleckzandra dela Rea

Aleckz is the office manager at Corner-stone training Solutions.

She started her journey with us as office administrator in 2020 & she is now managing the office in her current capacity of office Manager.

Aleckz looks after content creation, design, digitalization, PowerPoint design & animation, pre & post program admin work, vendor registration & suppliers’ relationships, quality assurance, travel arrangements & logistics as well as clients’ proposals design & submissions.

Also, Aleckz manages company registration renewals with the free zone & KHDA as well as licensing & other related PR matters. Leading on special projects with third parties is under Aleckz’ s role as well, helped by a small team of accountants & auditors responsible for data entries, bookkeeping, invoicing & collections.
